The Volunteers

Our incredible team of volunteers are what makes our store the heart of our village, all giving up their time to ensure we can keep open and serving the village 7 days a week.

Some of the team can be seen here enjoying a much deserved  Christmas lunch, generously laid on by  Mike Clay of the fabulous Kings Head Public House in the High Street.

The Managers & Staff

Rachael Smith and Jean Allen are our  Shop and Post Office Manager's. They are responsible for the day-to-day running of the store and Post Office. Maisy Durell has joined the team recently, training on the shop and Post Office systems. They provide a professional but fun and light hearted atmosphere. There is always laughter coming from the shop.

Meet up Mondays

Meet up Mondays is a growing social group, organised by Jan Galloway, Ann Main, Ron Galloway and Brian Main: all past and present volunteers at Bradwell Community Shop.  This lovely group of people started meeting in the back room of the shop for tea, cakes, and a chance to chat with others from the village and anyone in surrounding villages. The group has grown in numbers and have had to move to a larger building.   They are now situated in the shack at Bradwell Marina every Monday starting at 10am. Please call the shop for more details.
